Personal Logo Concepts
These are various logo design concepts that I created before designing my current personal logo. As an Asian-American Computer Scientist, I wanted to design a logo that would reflect my lifestyle and love for technology. I really like the 8-bit pixelated feel, so I tried to incorporate 8 or 16-bit pixels in my fonts and logo designs. I ended up using the very last logo as my final design. This logo was inspired by the popular Japanese digital pet, Tamagochi, and the lovable character, "BMO", from the Adventure Time series. Even though I wanted to apply my name (or at least my initials!) into my logo, I couldn't find a good place for it that I liked. Ultimately, I went for a cleaner look that is a lot more versatile and works well with many colors and backgrounds. ^-^
